Job Title: Grants Funding Officer

As a skilled professional, you will play a key role in helping researchers identify and secure funding opportunities. This position is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the academic community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and promote national and international funding opportunities through targeted communication and digital resources.
  2. Provide strategic advice and support to researchers in grant development and management.
  3. Coordinate and manage internal Expressions of Interest processes for limited-submission grant schemes.
  4. Maintain digital resources and databases to support grant-seeking activity.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Australian and international research funding landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare high-level materials and build effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment.
