Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a fully remote role. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing education, advice, and assistance to new and existing patients through calling/video conferencing.
  • Managing existing patients' treatment plans, including assessing their response to current treatment and prescribing appropriate medications as necessary.
  • Triage of presenting symptoms to the relevant medical practitioner/pharmacist.
  • Liaising with managers, medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other employees to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Sharing feedback to improve systems and processes, enhancing the patient experience.
Requirements:
  • Master of Nursing qualification and current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA.
  • Current PBS prescriber number or ability to obtain one.
  • Recent experience working as a Nurse Practitioner within primary health care.
