Remote Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to deliver high-quality clinical care in a remote work environment. The role operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off FIFO roster.
- Deliver primary and emergency health care, including advanced life support and trauma management as required.
- Conduct daily medical clinics and manage injuries and illnesses.
- Liaise with internal and external healthcare providers for medevacs and specialist referrals.
- Conduct drug and alcohol testing and facilitate health assessments.
- Facilitate health-related training programs and maintain medical facilities and equipment.
- Promote workplace health initiatives and deliver training sessions aligned with the Healthier Santos strategy.
- Uphold all health, safety and environmental requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Advanced Life Support and CPR Certification.
- Trauma Qualification (e.g., PHTLS or TNCC).
- Current certification in Drug and Alcohol Testing (HLTPAT005 or equivalent).
- Proven experience in remote or resource sector health service delivery is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage in multidisciplinary team settings.
