Faith Development Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to cultivate spiritual growth, foster mentorship, and drive faith-inspired learning.
The Faith Development Specialist will spearhead initiatives that ignite students' and staff's passions for spirituality, while strengthening ties with the parish and broader community.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to collaborate effectively as part of the school's leadership team, promoting student learning and Catholic culture, identity, and mission.
Main Responsibilities:- Promote Catholic culture, identity, and mission in conjunction with the Principal and Parish Priest.
- Develop a school environment rooted in faith, compassion, and excellence.
- Drive programs focused on spiritual development for students and staff, fostering strong connections with the parish and wider community.
- Support ongoing professional development and mentorship for growth as a leader.
- A four-year teaching qualification with at least four years of successful teaching experience aligned with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
- NESA Teacher Accreditation.
- A valid Working with Children Clearance number.
- Completion of anaphylaxis training.
