Learning Support Specialist

The role of the Learning Support Specialist is a critical component of our school's commitment to providing a supportive learning environment for students with varying learning needs.
This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, KLA coordinators, and learning support assistants in developing and implementing targeted intervention strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and National Disability Coordination Officers (NCCD) processes to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Liaison with external providers for disability adjustments to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
- Active participation in the development and implementation of learning support programs that cater to diverse student needs.
