About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Fire Services and Essential Safety Measures Manager to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert technical guidance for managing Fire and Essential Safety Measures (ESMs) across our national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Fire and HVAC-R specialists, supporting their continuous professional development, effective service delivery, and achievement of key objectives
  • Manage and deliver key Fire and HVAC-R capital work specifications, ensuring projects meet all relevant standards, Building Codes of Australia, and regulatory requirements
  • Offer technical advice and support to Property Services and Building Services teams, communicate with stakeholders on market and technology changes, and recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost
About You
  • Over 5 years of experience in the Fire and HVAC-R services sector, either on the service provider or client side
  • Demonstrated experience in managing essential fire safety measures and compliance processes in the Property industry, national Fire services firm, or as an Owners Agent
  • Comprehensive understanding of certification and registration processes for essential fire safety measures and compliance in New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria
  • Ability to prepare specifications for capital projects and perform technical evaluations of tenders
  • Results-oriented with excellent relationship management skills, ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders and suppliers, and advanced computer literacy

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
