Business Development Manager for Collaboration Solutions
Job Description:The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales within the Unified Communications (UC) and Audio-Visual (AV) industries. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include building strategic partnerships with existing and new clients, developing and executing operational plans to maximize revenue and margin, and owning ongoing analysis of metrics and business performance to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will require minimum 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the UC/AV industry, with a strong understanding of collaboration transformation solutions, AV technology, and the market's ecosystem. You will also need excellent project management, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to manage complex sales engagements and travel extensively.
