About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop your team's knowledge, skills, and behaviors to ensure a successful store culture.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, and offer solutions as required.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the health and safety of all team members, customers, and contractors within the store.
  • Sales Performance: Develop a high-performance team, capable of delivering sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Sound experience in retail sales, team development, and leadership.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team, and managing performance as required.
  • Customer Focus: A strong customer service focus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology: Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must.
  • Availability: Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work.
