A Day in the Life...

  • Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
  • Coach your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide expert knowledge on pet care, products, and services.
  • Take ownership of stock management, ensuring accurate stock levels and maintaining a culture of safety within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pet care trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Create a fun and supportive work environment where your team feels valued and motivated.
  • Embody a strong safety mindset and lead by example to create a culture of safety within the team.

What We're Looking For...

You know retail inside out and live and breathe it. You understand that your success comes from your people, so you bring an inspirational, fair, and supportive leadership style. You have the ability to motivate your team to achieve their goals and the goals of the wider team and store.

As a Store Manager, you will work closely with your team on the frontline, so being physically fit is essential. You will need to be flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays.
