We are seeking a Community Banking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our community banking team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Agribusiness Relationship Managers and their customer portfolio, providing exposure to larger and more complex customers.
- Deepen existing customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions across all agribusiness product suites.
- Onboard new customers, obtain necessary information and documentation, complete the application form, and maintain ongoing portfolio management.
- Build strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication, as well as participating in customer visits that align with our customer value proposition of making business personal.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience in or knowledge of agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets is beneficial.
- The ability to proactively support dedicated bankers in delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
