Senior Valuer, Agribusiness

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Valuer to join our Agribusiness team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from large-scale beef and sheep grazing operations to vineyards, wineries and cellar door enterprises.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough valuations of agribusiness properties across various sectors.
  • Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Analyse data to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer with at least 2-5 years' experience post CPV qualification.
  • Valid Australian drivers' license.
  • Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation.
