Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our property team in Bundanoon.

The facility is set on beautiful country grounds and home to 90 residents and 39 villas.

As a Maintenance Professional, you will interact with residents while engaging with external maintenance providers, staff, and management teams to undertake all required maintenance needs of the home.

You will use an electronic database to include preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as property improvement plans.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

Demonstrated Experience:

  • Worked as part of a team to deliver property and maintenance outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience working as a team to deliver property and maintenance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.

  • $33.43 - $35.71 per hour (negotiable based on qualification and experience).
