Aged Care Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential aged care homes.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance support across the home, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks. You will also be required to provide respectful and efficient customer service to residents and their families, as well as ensuring timely and safe completion of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements
- Provide assistance with special projects, such as renovations and upgrades
- Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Certification III in Plumbing, Carpentry and Joinery or Electrotechnology or equivalent trade qualification
- Full working rights in Australia
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
