We are seeking skilled Maintenance Professionals to join our team in delivering routine repairs and preventative maintenance services for residential aged care and retirement village clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a variety of general property repairs, including painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, moving furniture, high pressure cleaning, replacing door handles or hinges, and maintaining site grounds.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and staff while working within Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.

We require someone with:

Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role (trade qualifications not essential).
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • BASIC/moderate computer skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
Desirable Requirements
  • Previous experience in an aged care setting.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • National Criminal History Check (Police Report/Certificate) less than 3 years old.
  • Flu Vaccination or willingness to have.
  • Covid-19 Vaccinated.
