Job Title: Regulatory Assurance
Job Description">We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Financial Services Risk and Regulatory Assurance team.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing and providing feedback on client documents, procedures, and conduct against regulatory requirements and obligations.
You will work with leading financial services institutions to identify opportunities for process and governance improvement across topics such as prudential risk management and compliance with laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include planning engagements, drafting client deliverables, project management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Regular reporting and presentation of findings to client stakeholders, including senior management.
A background in law or financial services risk and compliance is required, along with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
While not prerequisites, holding a law degree or qualification and some understanding of Financial Services Regulators such as ASIC and APRA would be beneficial.
Candidates must be passionate about being at the forefront of change, ready to help our Assurance team solve complex business issues, improve how systems work, and provide confidence in bigger decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
