Senior Risk Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Controls and Customer Outcomes team as a Senior Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for executing control testing activities and assisting in embedding effective controls within the business.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in Operational Risk Management and Compliance Frameworks, including Control design experience. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data quality in various databases across the risk profiles and monthly management reporting.
- Provide a comprehensive and integrated risk service to support business outcomes.
- Identify, lead, and manage continuous improvement of the business control environment using data-driven insights.
- Ongoing assurance and optimization of assurance activities.
About You:
- Experience in auditing Automated / Semi Automated Business Process Controls or IT controls.
- Knowledge of areas such as IT security, Software development, Application controls, and Identity and access management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving.
- Business commercial aptitude and knowledge.
