MJD Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing FMCG business to find a talented Technical Support and Customer Experience Specialist.
This isn't your typical call centre role – it's a unique opportunity to join a boutique company where building and nurturing customer relationships is at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities- Becoming the product expert, assisting customers with seamless setup and support for their new product.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborating with departments like sales, marketing, and product development to integrate customer feedback into the company's strategy.
- Candidate must have customer service experience, especially if they have a knack for building rapport.
- Must be comfortable handling challenging conversations with patience and professionalism.
- Basic technical expertise to guide customers through product setup, especially with an app feature.
- Possess a passion for problem-solving and curiosity about how things work.
- Experience with soft-serve machines, mechanics, or automotive services is a bonus—ideal for anyone who enjoys fixing things.
$70,000 + Super salary package.
A full-time, on-site role in their Zetland office.
