Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Platform group, where you will play a critical role in delivering world-class support for our global customers on their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and resolve complex customer issues related to data analytics, artificial intelligence, IoT, business intelligence, Power BI, SQL, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Attend readiness trainings and non-technical trainings to stay up-to-date on support topics and improve product knowledge.
  • Contribute to product/process improvement by providing feedback to senior engineers or technical advisors, identifying potential defects, and escalating them for resolution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience is required.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft stack technologies, such as SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, Exchange, and Visual Studio, is desirable.
  • English language proficiency: fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
