Clinical Lead - Clinical Nurse Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care for adults with eating disorders. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversee day-to-day operations of the team.">
  • Lead the development and management of a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist community-based intensive treatment for adults with eating disorders.">
  • Ensure optimal clinical processes and patient outcomes; manage human and physical resources effectively.">
  • Lead change and service development initiatives statewide and regionally.">
  • Enhance consumer and carer participation in all service levels.">
  • Facilitate the implementation of the current Mental Health Service Strategic Plan and maintain collaborations with key stakeholders.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

The ideal candidate will have a Registered Nurse qualification, specialist mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification, and at least 3 years post-graduate experience in mental health. They will also have current Working with Children Registration and a Driver's Licence.
