Lead Clinical Nurse Consultant Opportunity

Join a team dedicated to providing specialist community-based intensive treatment for adults with eating disorders.

This part-time, fixed-term role offers the opportunity to lead clinical leadership and oversee day-to-day operations of the service in the South region.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring optimal clinical processes and patient outcomes, managing human and physical resources effectively, and leading change and service development initiatives statewide and regionally.

  • Provide expert clinical leadership and oversight of daily operations
  • Lead the development and management of a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist community-based intensive treatment
  • Ensure optimal clinical processes and patient outcomes; manage human and physical resources effectively
  • Drive change and service development initiatives statewide and regionally
  • Enhance consumer and carer participation in all service levels
  • Maintain collaborations with key stakeholders

Key Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Specialist mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification (or equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Registration
  • Desirable: minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in mental health; interest/experience in eating disorders; clinical and professional supervision experience
