We are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team in processing payroll accurately and efficiently for 250 employees across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll data with precision and timeliness ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, approving and processing electronic timesheets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll processing.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive payroll reports for management review and analysis.
  • Manage Master Rosters for employees to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and administration is essential.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll systems and software is required.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations is necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations is vital.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines are crucial.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is essential.
