We are seeking an experienced Grade 3 Lymphoedema Therapist to join our dynamic Allied Health team. As a key member of our outpatient Lymphoedema Services team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients with Lymphoedema, as well as supporting and supervising junior staff.
This part-time fixed-term role is ideal for a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist looking to take on a leadership position in a niche area of practice. With opportunities for growth and development, you will be able to expand your clinical skills and knowledge while working collaboratively with a fantastic group of people who share a passion for delivering excellent evidence-based care.
About the Role:
- Provide pivotal clinical leadership and guidance to Allied Health and non-Allied Health staff within the team and across Monash Health.
- Utilize your advanced clinical skills in the management of Lymphoedema to enhance the patient journey.
- Supervise and support junior staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
Requirements:
- A relevant Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy qualification with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Significant clinical experience in the management of upper and lower limb lymphoedema.
- Leadership &/or service development experience.
- Australasian Lymphology Association Level 1 and Level 2 Lymphoedema Training Courses, or the equivalent.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.
