Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer at our Salisbury branch. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and promoting BankSA's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling and financial transactions.
- Upsell and cross-sell BankSA's products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and features.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of BankSA's products and services, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to handle cash and process financial transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
