Job Description

About This Role
As an Assessment and Transition Coordinator, you will utilise your program coordination expertise to provide support and advice to Corrections Victoria at Marngoneet Correctional Centre. You will be part of a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service.

The Assessment and Transition Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the prison complies with requirements as outlined within the prison's Service Delivery Outcomes and other relevant policies. Key duties include participating in the development, coordination and delivery of prisoner risk and needs assessments, parole applications and pre-release services.
