Job Title: Transition Program Coordinator

Job Summary

The Transition Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the Manager in coordinating a program to support students transitioning from secondary school to TAFE. This initiative aims to deliver specialised and intensive support to students.

The Coordinator will provide administrative support to the team, requiring exceptional administrative and stakeholder management skills.

As part of the broader Student Wellbeing & Inclusion Unit, the Coordinator will work alongside the Disability Inclusion Team and report directly to the Student Wellbeing & Inclusion Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the transition program for students.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Work alongside the Disability Inclusion Team.
