We're seeking talented professionals to join our team of Rehabilitation Consultants. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding injured clients through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios with commitment and care.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture.
  • Manage time effectively in a hybrid working environment.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is desirable.
  • Strong influencing skills to empower clients in their recovery journey.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
