Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong partnerships and driving meaningful growth? We're on the lookout for a Senior Manager – ART Life Growth, Strategy and Partnerships to lead the charge on ART Life's growth strategy, working across corporate, institutional, reinsurance and intermediary relationships. This role is all about turning big-picture thinking into action—developing and executing plans that align with our broader goals at Australian Retirement Trust. You'll be the go-to for strategic advice, business planning, and performance insights, while also playing a key role in shaping how we engage with our partners and the market.

You'll thrive in this role if you love collaborating across teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading with purpose. From managing key relationships and overseeing tenders to delivering tailored insurance solutions and ensuring top-notch service for our partners, you'll be at the heart of our growth engine. About You

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too:
  • You bring deep expertise in insurance products within superannuation, including reinsurance strategy and market insights.
  • You have a strong grasp of competitive pricing, product design, and behavioural finance principles that shape member-focused solutions.
  • You're a confident communicator and negotiator, capable of resolving complex issues and presenting to executive audiences.
  • You understand relevant legislation and policy frameworks, and can translate them into practical guidance.
  • You're passionate about customer service and inspire others to deliver exceptional member experiences.
