Civil Road Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Civil Road Maintenance Professional to join our team. This is a stable and hands-on role with a good crew and plenty of support.

The successful candidate will handle minor road repairs and maintenance across sealed and unsealed roads, using equipment like the FLOCON for pothole and patching work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out minor road repairs and maintenance
  • Operating equipment like the FLOCON for pothole and patching work
  • Assisting with stormwater maintenance, cleaning pipes and open drains
  • Installing and maintaining road signage and pavement markings
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have a current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence and Front-End Loader ticket. Experience or qualifications in civil construction or road maintenance is preferred, but we are happy to support you if you are keen to develop these skills.

Above all, safety is non-negotiable, so you need to be reliable, follow work health and safety guidelines, and be a team player.
