Key Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Road Development Manager to lead the growth of our transport infrastructure presence in Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and foster technical excellence in the delivery of major roads and highways projects from concept to detailed design.
  • Grow business across South Australia by leveraging market knowledge and networks.
  • Provide strategic leadership across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Oversee project operations including quality assurance, risk mitigation, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong local industry knowledge and established networks in the Australian transport sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale roads and highways infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in 12D, AutoCAD, and comprehensive understanding of Austroads and standards.
