Job Title: Order Management Specialist

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing work orders for clients, ensuring timely completion and maximum efficiency. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling work orders, receiving and prioritizing tasks, coordinating with other teams, and verifying quality of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • MMUP/UPDA Certification (Grade C or above for engineers).
  • 10+ years of experience in work order/maintenance management, with 5+ years in roads/highway O&M.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Prior experience in oil and gas EPC or construction projects is highly valued.
Mission Critical Objectives:
  • Ensure 100% work order closure within client-specified timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate daily/weekly reports for clients on backlog, productivity, and other key performance indicators.
