Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a leadership position in a dynamic environment. As a Head of Culinary Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the food production across multiple outlets and events, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and monitor food production across 3 x retail outlets and functions and events activity
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, allergen awareness, and occupational health and safety
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of culinary professionals
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control, and minimize food wastage

Requirements

  • Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
  • An accomplished leader with a stellar culinary track record
  • Current Blue card or ability to obtain
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams
  • Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety, and infection control
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability for events during the year
