Why This Role MattersAs one of Australia's leading providers of alcohol and other drug services, we offer a range of programs including harm reduction and primary health services. Our William Booth House facility provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals struggling with addiction.
This role will see you lead a high-functioning team to deliver person-centred services, working closely with multidisciplinary staff and stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes. With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, we strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being of our staff and clients alike.
About the RoleWe are seeking a values-driven leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of service delivery, ensuring targets and organisational standards are met. Key responsibilities include line managing support workers, building referral pathways, and facilitating educational sessions with local school groups.

You Will Succeed- Lead an effective team to deliver high-quality services, achieving service delivery targets and organisational standards.
- Develop and maintain strong referral pathways with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate educational sessions with local school groups as required.
- Line manage and supervise support workers and senior support worker.
- A degree qualification in AOD, community services or related field, or demonstrated high level of sector knowledge and skills.
- Relevant experience in supervising staff.
- A current NSW Driver License.
