Full Time Medical Receptionist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional full time Medical Receptionist to join our multidisciplinary practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and schedule consultations in a timely manner.
  • Manage front desk reception and coordinate specialist clinics.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of medical records, patient invoicing, receipting and data collection.
  • Liaise with referring doctors, hospital staff and medical representatives to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Solid understanding of medical terminology and excellent spoken English language skills.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop their career and take on additional responsibilities or move into more clinical roles within the organisation.
