Our Venues include; The Botanist, Kirribilli The Butler, Potts Point The Forresters, Surry Hills Bopp & Tone, Sydney CBD Hesters, CBD RAFI, North Sydney URBNSURF, Sydney Olympic Park Taphouse, Darlinghurst A bit about the role Enjoy a set full-time roster: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30am-6:30pm (no late nights, no crack-of-dawn starts, Sundays & Mondays off).
As part of our Central Reservations team, you'll be the friendly first point of contact, managing bookings, providing personalised recommendations, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed before they even walk through the door.

The day-to-day Your day kicks off with a warm welcome from our team and a great coffee.
After introductions, it's time to set the vibe with the perfect playlist before jumping into emails and enquiries that have filtered through overnight.
The phones ring throughout the day, and every call is a chance to wow a guest and make a lasting first impression with a smooth and efficient booking process.
In between, you'll partner with marketing on new promotions and activations, keeping everything running smoothly on SevenRooms.
Lunchtime offers options around the venue and local cafes.
The afternoon is spent reviewing reports, cross-checking reservations, and collaborating with our venues to ensure every guest has the best possible experience.
