Overview

We're on the lookout for a passionate, organised and highly motivated hospitality superstar to join our Central Reservations Team on a fulltime basis, as the voice behind our expanding portfolio of iconic Sydney Venues.

A bit about the role
  • Enjoy a set full-time roster: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:30am–6:30pm (no late nights, no crack-of-dawn starts, Sundays & Mondays off).

As part of our Central Reservations team, you'll be the friendly first point of contact, managing bookings, providing personalised recommendations, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed before they even walk through the door. If you're a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

The day-to-day

Your day kicks off with a warm welcome from our team and a great coffee. After introductions, it's time to set the vibe with the perfect playlist before jumping into emails and enquiries that have filtered through overnight. The phones ring throughout the day, and every call is a chance to wow a guest and make a lasting first impression with a smooth and efficient booking process. In between, you'll partner with marketing on new promotions and activations, keeping everything running smoothly on SevenRooms. Lunchtime offers options around the venue and local cafes. The afternoon is spent reviewing reports, cross-checking reservations, and collaborating with our venues to ensure every guest has the best possible experience.

We're looking for
  • Experience in customer service and reservation systems; experience with SevenRooms is advantageous
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating lasting memories
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Adaptable, proactive and comfortable in busy environments
  • Open to a bit of light-hearted humor from colleagues
