Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Administrator to support our retail stores across Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leases, ensuring timely completion of leasing contracts, and providing administrative support to the Director Network & Franchise Management team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leases for retail stores across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate lease renewals and ensure timely completion of leasing contracts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director Network & Franchise Management team, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and coordinating meetings.

Requirements
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in lease management software an advantage.
