Plant Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance programs, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Strategically plan and execute maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and extend its lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, driving collaboration and open communication.
- Lead by example in promoting a safe work culture, emphasizing incident prevention and injury reduction.
- Accurately document and record all plant and equipment maintenance using our integrated CMMS system.
- Previous experience in water treatment operations is advantageous.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, along with fault detection techniques.
