We're proud to host one of Australia's largest privately run apprenticeship programs, with an ongoing investment in technology, infrastructure, and training.

This strategic role will drive growth through coaching and mentoring frontline leaders and supervisors, overseeing and improving our nationally recognised apprenticeship program, ensuring skills capability, compliance, and long-term workforce development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a structured progression framework for apprentices
  • Coach and train supervisors and managers to be effective leaders and mentors
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design targeted upskilling programs
  • Coordinate government-funded training initiatives and ensure compliance
  • Engage with schools, TAFEs, and industry to recruit and promote talent
Requirements

To succeed, you will need:

  • Formal qualifications in Leadership, Training & Assessment, or Human Resources
  • Industry experience in engineering, mechanical trades, or industrial operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large workforce development programs
  • Strong background in coaching supervisors and operational leaders
