You will be responsible for taking a fun and creative approach to selling, building relationships with our customers, and ensuring they look and feel their best.
To achieve this, you will:
- Provide personalized customer experiences that exceed expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
- Foster a positive and engaging shopping environment that encourages customers to return.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering memorable experiences, an energetic go-getter attitude, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
You will work closely with the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, while also having the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in retail sales.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, values themselves and their colleagues, and has a 'can-do' attitude.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
