**School Crossing Supervisor Role Overview**

This casual role provides relief at school zones within the Forbes/Parkes Local Government Area, ensuring the safety of children, parents, teachers, and local motorists. As a School Crossing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing traffic flow during peak hours and maintaining a safe environment.

  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure effective safety outcomes.
  • Providing excellent customer service and being approachable and helpful to those in need.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A community-minded individual who is passionate about making a difference.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • A willingness to obtain necessary certifications, such as a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and Health Assessment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday during school term.
