Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. As an Aboriginal Client Service Officer, you will provide critical support services to clients, including those with complex needs.

You will work closely with internal specialists and external service providers to deliver innovative solutions that improve client outcomes. Your strong customer focus, coupled with your passion for making a difference, will be key to success in this role.

This position requires a unique blend of skills, including ability to work directly with clients, advocate on their behalf, and develop relationships with stakeholders across the access service stream.
