Delivering exceptional customer service is a key aspect of this role.

You will be responsible for managing various station functions and assisting with inquiries, travel bookings, and connecting services.

Presenting the station in an excellent condition and maintaining its upkeep are also essential tasks.

You will work alongside train crew members and other stakeholders to ensure safety standards are met and identify opportunities to minimize potential risks.

This part-time position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week. The set rostered shift times are 12pm to 3pm Monday to Friday. Extended hours may be requested at short notice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to passengers
  • Manage station functions and assist with inquiries and bookings
  • Ensure the presentation and maintenance of the station
  • Work with train crew members and other stakeholders to maintain safety standards

Requirements

You are enthusiastic and passionate about working within your local community. You have experience working on the frontline and can provide clear and accurate instructions to passengers.

You are resilient and possess outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling you to manage difficult conversations with diverse individuals.
