We're looking for a customer-focused professional to provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support for our livestock handling solutions products.

The Opportunity

As the key link between us and our customers, you'll address enquiries in person and over the phone. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service by engaging with customers, assisting them with product displays, collaborating with our team, and ensuring smooth order coordination and delivery.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where you'll need to multitask, utilize your problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with customers.

  • A proven track record of delivering customer service or retail sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural industry setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of livestock equipment or the agricultural industry is an advantage.
