Lead Precinct Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Precinct Development Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for structuring deals for major precinct schemes, including capital, development, investment, and transaction structuring.

You will also lead the development of detailed financial assessments and due diligence for target priority investments, ensuring value for money outcomes.

Additionally, you will oversee the land and property functions across the full lifecycle, including planning approval, acquisition, development, management, divestment, and disposal of land and property assets.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in property or a related field and strong commercial acumen, with experience in leading major negotiations in complex transactional environments.

They will also be able to articulate complex concepts and put forward compelling arguments and rationales to all levels and types of audiences.
