We are a leading online fashion retailer seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team in Rosebery.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time position, working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). Suitable candidates will have availability to work any shift between 8am - 7pm. This position is a great entry-level opportunity into warehouse management with numerous progression opportunities available for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading Dock Management: Assist with managing the loading dock for all goods in & out, communicating with logistics providers during pick-ups & drop-offs.
  • Inventory Receiving: Receive incoming stock at the loading dock & move boxes into goods in - this includes boxes of weights up to 20kgs+.
  • Pallet Unloading: Unload pallets from trucks & use a walk-behind forklift.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Accurately check PO's, count & unpack inventory in high volumes.
  • Stock Location Assignment: Ensure all goods in are assigned & put away in a location within the warehouse & accurately assign SKUs within the system.
  • Stock Replenishment: Replenish stock into picking locations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist the Warehouse Manager with ensuring all stock within the warehouse is accurate using the Peoplevox system.
  • Stock Takes: Assist the Warehouse Manager with stock takes.
  • Inventory Reporting: Use Excel to enter in stock & communicate with buyers & QC.
  • Dispatch Support: Assist the Dispatch Team with outgoing parcels once they reach the loading dock to ensure they leave with the correct logistics providers.
  • Inventory Analysis: Communicate with buyers & determine slow-moving SKUs.

Requirements

  • Working Rights: Full working rights within Australia.
  • Availability: Ability to work 38 hours per week.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work on your feet all day and occasionally lift weights up to 20kg+.
  • Teamwork: Eager to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Communication: Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Language: Must be fluent in reading & writing English.
  • Initiative: Energetic & self-motivated.
  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive computer & Excel skills.
