Three Blue Ducks in Rosebery are on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor

Three Blue Ducks is a group of passionate, sustainability-focused restaurants with locations across Australia. Our Rosebery location is a vibrant venue located in the heart of Sydney. Nestled in a spacious, rustic warehouse, the venue offers a relaxed atmosphere with a focus on serving ethically sourced, seasonal dishes.

We are on the hunt for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as a focus on our Weddings & Events. You will lead and support our front-of-house staff, oversee daily operations, and uphold our standards of excellence. Your leadership and dedication will be key to delivering a high standard service and maintaining a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff. The role is currently casual, offering 15-35 hours per week.

**The Role**:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including coordinating staff schedules, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in leading, coaching and developing the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling any guest inquiries or concerns

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to team development.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
