We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales outcomes. The role focuses on the aesthetic medicine market, emphasizing patient care and customer support.
This position is dedicated to driving business growth through strategic relationships with key customers and partners.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare, or Business and have previous success selling medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Experience in the aesthetic medicine market is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic relationships with key customers to achieve positive sales results
- Exceed sales targets by effectively managing assigned territories and identifying new business opportunities
- Assist clients in maximizing returns on investment through tailored business development strategies
- Manage key accounts across various regions by leveraging effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification techniques
- Travel minimally, focusing on regional visits to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Establish strong partnerships with businesses to help them achieve their goals through product utilization
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and conduct sales demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, and presentations
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare, or Business
- Previous success selling medical devices or pharmaceuticals would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in the aesthetic medicine market is highly regarded
- Demonstrate a strong business mindset, commercial acumen, and ability to build relationships that drive results
