We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join our national law firm on a 12-month parental leave contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver effective and impactful people solutions throughout the entire employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement people strategies aligned with the firm's goals in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance, engagement, and leadership development to employees.
