Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to provide exceptional support to individuals in our residential facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and household chores.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment by promoting social interaction, organizing recreational activities, and encouraging resident participation.
  • Monitor and document resident progress, behaviors, and any significant changes, promptly reporting to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in social work, psychology, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing residential care.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
