About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Manager to join our team at BDO. As a key member of our Business Services division, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' success by providing world-class advisory and compliance services.

As a Business Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing client engagements and ongoing relationships, leading and advising on business services, accounting and tax engagements, and preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with regulatory, accounting and financial reporting standards.

You will also be responsible for performing various tax planning tasks for clients, preparing advice relating to business operations and regulatory matters, and working autonomously on tax and FBT returns to identify non-compliance issues.

Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for virtual CFO engagements with clients and engage with our culture of coaching and mentoring staff on engagements.
